my Monday (s)HIIT

oh how i hate high intensity interval training.  but i do it.  every monday, i get my ass moving and just power through.  it’s only 30 minutes so as the week goes, it’s my shortest workout.

i started calling it (s)HIIT a few weeks ago when i nearly threw up after a workout.  that’ll teach me not to try and eat a snack and then do a high intensity workout.   but i like the burn it gives me.  absolutely no one is looking cute after a HIIT workout!  i actually enjoy the way it kickstarts my week.  i know if i can do that on monday, i can get through the rest of the week most likely.
