i came across this graphic in a “good housekeeping” magazine last year. i think i meant to use it…and i never did. now i’m paying for that misstep.
2015 was a bit of a rollercoaster for me. just this week, i looked back on my health notes from this past year. i gained and lost the same 15-20 pounds the entire year. i’m now the heaviest i’ve been in five years. i know that i was super unfocused and pretty much gave up. i don’t want that to happen again. so i’m taking some steps to really get focused and organized. i’m finally using this graphic. when i finished writing it (and it took 3 times to get it right), i taped it up in my bathroom so i will see it and be able to reflect on it each day. i expect that i will redo this in a couple months just to readjust.
